Education is an integral part of human development and through this education, humans can develop their wealth and can employability easily. Education 4.0 will use technologies that do not exist at present, and it will focus on creative thinking rather than rote learning [7]. On the other hand, it is also said that creativity is also a key feature of industrial revolution 4.0. Only trained and skilled workers can control the innovative changes and the concepts of mechanisms in the education system. According to education 4.0, it helps students to get employability which is the purpose to take any challenges.
There are major trends of education 4.0 that includes personalized learning, remote learning opportunities, a plethora of education tools, project-based learning, easy and accurate assessment, and data at the fingertips. The education system assists the students to develop self-confidence and knowledge to provide better work. In addition to this, it also focuses to increase learning surrounding to develop the abilities of all students that are near them. The education 4.0 system assists to grow the industry revolution 4.0 that can immediately affect the country's development. Moreover, the learning process when complete in a fun or interesting way the understanding of students gets also enhanced. It provides theoretical knowledge to students that they can learn about time management skills, collaborative skills, organizational skills, and leadership skills that are needed for their employees for future success.
Education 4.0 is the key factor for future circumstances; it is all about involving in the times and for higher education systems and helps to understand major requirements of their future success [8]. The method to connect industry requirements with education such as remodeling of curriculum, building digital skills, opting for digital tools for virtual learning, tweaking course delivery, and technology-building classrooms are most useful. These are some methods that can prepare students with education 4.0 to attempt their future challenges. Some of the top digital skills and requirements that education 4.0 has to demand the students are such as complex problem solving, cognitive flexibility, negotiation, coordinating with others, emotional bits of intelligence, judgment and decision making, critical thinking creativity, and services orientation. Such types of skills are demandable for education 4.0 for preparing the student with good training and controlling the change in the education system.
